📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to people managers across org design, performance, succession, and leadership effectiveness • Bring a data-informed perspective to talent decisions - identifying risks early and shaping proactive responses before they become reactive ones • Contribute to KOHO's 2026 People Enablement strategy, with a particular lens on compensation, performance and the full employee lifecycle • Support the full employee journey: from onboarding through transitions, with consistency and care at every stage • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline People Ops workflows, leveraging AI and automation to reduce manual overhead • Ensure BambooHR data accuracy and integrity - you're the steward of the systems people rely on • Stay current on legislation, trends, and best practices impacting compensation, benefits, immigration, and people operations in Canada and the US • Translate regulatory changes into clear internal guidance, without bureaucratic overhead

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Business Partnering preferably with both Canada and the US markets • You operate comfortably as a strategic owner, accountable for results • Demonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities • Exceptional knowledge and understanding of HR policies and processes • Comfort with AI, we are AI Native at KOHO
