📋 Description

• Oversee and implement human resources programs and practices to support growth • Communicate and keep the company informed about HR initiatives and lead these efforts • Provide development coaching and creative solutions • Act as a leadership coach for managers and key company stakeholders • Manage and resolve employee relations issues in compliance with applicable laws • Partner with leadership to meet employee needs • Recommend and implement new HR processes aligned with the company's growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field • Strong knowledge of labor and employment law in Canada and Quebec • Proficiency in HR processes with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage large-scale projects • Experience in an international, multi-site company • Familiarity with core HRIS concepts, preferably Workday for reporting
