📋 Description

• Integration into the Human Resources & Transformation business unit • Participate in job classification and organizational design • Oversee the HR function and monitor workforce performance • Talent development and performance management • Support project management and analyze results • Contribute to the development of service offerings and support business development activities

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business administration, HR, organizational development, project management, communications, or psychology • At least 5 years of experience in consulting or in assignments with a Human Resources department • Strong organizational design skills • Interest in HR management trends • Ability to think conceptually • Familiarity with various project management methodologies, processes, and tools • Excellent listening skills and interpersonal abilities • Fluent in French and English (professional working proficiency)
