📋 Description

• Work on organizational design and job classification issues • Manage the HR function’s organization and performance • Focus on talent and human resources development • Contribute to digital HR initiatives • Lead project management and planning activities • Participate in firm-wide internal initiatives to support development and visibility

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or in projects with a Human Resources department • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Project Management, Communications, Psychology, or a related field • Excellent listening, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in MS Project is an asset • Fluency in French and English is required • Familiarity with various project management methodologies, processes and tools
