📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 coaching over video conference and maintain a roster of 10–20 employees across departments and seniority levels • Coach on leadership skills, career pathing, feedback, self-awareness, energy management, interpersonal challenges, and performance-blocking mindsets and behaviours • Co-create client goals and plans, recommend resources and coaching frequency, and track progress • Run triad coaching engagements with coach, manager, and coachee • Deliver team coaching workshops for standing, project, and cross-functional teams • Support and evolve Leadership Labs: Foundations and Leadership Labs: Advanced • Facilitate live sessions, build asynchronous content, run peer groups, and own modules end to end • Support onboarding for new hires • Build ad hoc learning programs and materials • Assess needs using adult learning principles and design, deliver, and measure learning experiences • Use AI for content design, research, synthesis, and analysis and help build AI fluency across KOHO • Measure program impact and report honestly on outcomes • Report business trends and recommendations to the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an ICF-recognized coach training program • Working towards an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation at a minimum • Experience coaching a diverse range of clients with different motivations, thinking styles, professional challenges and cultural backgrounds • High ethical standards, including maintaining coach-client confidentiality • Experience building and delivering leadership development programs • Ability to create custom content for a team or large group at short notice • Strong facilitation, public speaking, and ability to hold a room of cross-functional people, remotely and in person • Fluent with AI tools and able to teach others to use them • Comfortable with data and program measurement • Experience with a Learning Management System; KOHO uses Sana • Nice to have: experience with software development or engineering audiences • Nice to have: team or relationship coaching credentials, or a team effectiveness model such as the Five Behaviours • Nice to have: experience in a regulated environment or with compliance content SMEs
