📋 Description

• Achieve annual order and revenue targets • Develop and execute regional growth strategies • Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline • Drive unit volume growth across all LLE product categories • Increase market share through competitive takeaways and new customer acquisition • Sell and promote manual chain hoists, electric chain hoists, workstation crane systems, KBK enclosed track systems, jib cranes, below-the-hook devices, material handling solutions, and strategic partner solutions • Identify customer safety, productivity, ergonomic, and material flow improvements • Identify opportunities during inspections and service visits • Leverage modernization recommendations and review installed equipment for replacement opportunities • Develop workstation and ergonomic applications and generate recurring referral opportunities • Partner with CTO and Equipment Sales teams to evaluate LLE, workstation, and material handling opportunities for every crane project • Support Enterprise Account Managers and conduct LLE opportunity reviews at strategic customers • Develop standardized multi-site programs and expand customer share of spend • Develop OEM and automation relationships with OEMs, machine builders, automation engineers, systems integrators, robotics integrators, and production line designers • Conduct customer-focused LLE opportunity assessments covering material flow, ergonomics, productivity, safety, manual lifting concerns, assembly processes, and future lifting requirements • Develop new business opportunities and penetrate target industries • Build strategic customer relationships • Represent Konecranes at trade shows, customer events, and industry associations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years industrial sales experience • Experience with material handling, overhead cranes, hoists, industrial automation, manufacturing equipment, ergonomic systems, engineered sales, industrial manufacturing, assembly operations, automotive industry, aerospace industry, and distribution & logistics markets • Ability to travel internationally, locally, and outside the service area for operational requirements and training when necessary • 50-60% travel required
