• Manage inventory of the assigned facility and maintain accurate product rotation • Forecast and order product to maintain inventory levels • Ensure load-out inventory for assigned vehicles is accurate • Conduct daily product inventory counts and resolve discrepancies • Secure the facility and account for all inventory • Identify, target, and sample existing and potential accounts • Gain new distribution and build volume in existing accounts • Sell product distribution with proper merchandising standards • Build professional business relationships within the assigned territory • Merchandise products to company standards and ensure proper product rotation • Report daily sales activities and results and provide documentation for sales and bonus programs • Meet program sales goals and market share targets • Demonstrate marketing and sales tools using a digital tablet or other device • Comply with company policies and uphold organizational values • Maintain a regular work schedule and manage time efficiently • Submit business expenses according to policy • Travel independently to training and meetings • Perform other duties as assigned
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred • 2 years of outside sales experience required • Beverage industry sales experience preferred • Currently reside within the required territory geography or be willing to relocate • Must be at least 21 years of age • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Basic computer operating skills, including handheld devices • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to lift and move up to 65 pounds individually and greater weights with assistance • Ability to bend, stretch, stoop, climb, and perform other physical activities associated with selling and demonstrating products • Availability for required travel, including possible air travel and overnight stays
