📋 Description
• Consult with stakeholders to identify, design, and curate learning solutions • Work with SME’s and learning managers to identify learning needs • Develop detailed storyboards, templates, and resources • Manage projects end to end ensuring successful delivery • Partner with developers and vendors to create learning solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor degree majoring in Instructional Design • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment • Diploma of Training Design and Development • Outstanding stakeholder relationship skills • Experience in a fast-paced environment • Designing blended learning programs, elearning courses, videos, animations, and other resources
