📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers responsible for all Earn-related experiences. • Own the UX for Earn features across Kraken’s core products (Kraken, Consumer, Pro). • Oversee the Earn SDK and its integration across web (React) and mobile (React Native) platforms. • Manage and evolve the internal Earn management tool, a backend admin panel for managing all earn strategies. • Collaborate with the Earn Service Guild and Tech Leads to maintain consistent engineering standards across services. • Partner with Product Managers and Designers to define and deliver high-impact features with measurable business and customer value. • Champion engineering excellence, maintainable architectures, and code quality. • Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical growth, collaboration, and inclusivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering customer-facing products at scale. • Experience managing a combined frontend and backend engineering team • Deep technical background in React, Next.js, and React Native, with a solid understanding of modern frontend architectures. • Strong cross-functional leadership — able to align frontend and backend efforts in a complex, multi-platform environment. • Empathy for the customer and a passion for building intuitive, performant experiences. • Experience in FinTech, DeFi, or trading products is valued.
