📋 Description

• Provide complete and precise real-time interpretation over the phone between Mandarin and English • Uphold strict confidentiality, impartiality, and a professional code of ethics • Listen attentively to nuances and convey messages clearly and effectively • Adhere to company protocol and deliver exceptional service quality • Prepare thoroughly for assigned sessions and continuously refine interpreting skills

🎯 Requirements

• Native Mandarin Chinese speaker • C1/C2 English proficiency • Excellent listening comprehension, mental agility, and interpersonal communication • Ability to capture and convey meaning accurately without omissions or alterations • High reliability, punctuality, strong attention to detail, and professionalism • Flexibility to work designated shift hours aligned with PST • Availability for 3 weeks of paid training, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM PST • Prior customer service, call center, administrative, or teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory • Must complete the online application form and required screening questions
