📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • This role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and IT teams to deliver effective solutions that drive customer engagement and improve marketing effectiveness. • Create personalized email and multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder. • Develop and optimize complex customer journeys for targeted marketing efforts, ensuring engagement across various digital touchpoints. • Use SQL, AMPscript, and data extensions to segment audiences and tailor messaging based on customer data and behavior. • Set up integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service), and third-party platforms via APIs. • Build automation workflows in Automation Studio to streamline marketing processes and increase operational efficiency. • Develop dynamic and responsive content using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to personalize communications. • Track campaign performance, run A/B tests, and use analytics to provide actionable insights for improvement. • Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA. • Work closely with marketing, IT, and creative teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. • Keep documentation up-to-date and implement marketing automation best practices to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. • Experience with Marketing Cloud APIs (REST, SOAP). • Strong understanding of data extensions, segmentation, and targeting. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Specialist certification. • Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service) and CRM integration. • Familiarity with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA). • Knowledge of email deliverability and marketing automation trends. • Skills in HTML/CSS email compatibility testing.
