📋 Description

• Manage complex procurements, projects, and processes with general oversight • Manage multiple Government procurements supporting multiple Government Programs • Focus on 1–3 highly visible/complex suppliers • Manage large, complex project initiatives with minimal oversight or direction • Communicate with internal and external organizations to explain and influence changes to practices, processes, and approaches • Improve processes, systems, or products • Explain, interpret, communicate, and achieve cooperation on policies, procedures, and practices with internal and external customers • Provide guidance and assistance to other employees • Perform procurement activities involving acquisition of materials, components, and services at realistic and competitive prices meeting schedule, safety, and quality standards • Perform price/cost analysis • Provide proposal support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience • Graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience • Government buying experience • Familiarity with FAR/DFAR requirements • Familiarity with issuing supplier contracts to support direct programs above the T.I.N.A. ($2M) threshold with minimal guidance
