📋 Description

• Lead national and regional payer engagement, including interactions with medical directors and policy decision-makers • Secure coverage, appropriate reimbursement, and reduce administrative barriers across commercial and government payers • Develop and lead market access strategies aligned with commercial goals and product positioning • Advise on reimbursement pathways, payer dynamics, and access risks/opportunities across pipeline and in-market tests • Partner with Medical Affairs and Clinical teams to assess evidence gaps and shape evidence-generation strategies • Track payer policies, clinical guidelines, competitive trends, and emerging evidence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Life Sciences • 10 or more years of experience in market access, reimbursement or payer strategy within diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare services • Expertise in pediatric and rare diseases, genetic testing, and/or other specialty testing areas • Strong understanding of coding, coverage, and payment pathways for IVDs and LDTs • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
