• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across hospital labs and health systems through outbound outreach, cold calling, and in-person engagement • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution, including customer agreements • Deliver tailored product demonstrations focused on client KPIs and strategic priorities • Analyze customer needs and develop innovative solutions to close sales • Organize and lead monthly sales calls to communicate sales status and insights to leadership • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients • Support implementation team in resolving client-related issues • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders/clients • Educate existing customers on Visiun’s solutions to drive add-on sales and long-term value • Partner with marketing, product, and implementation teams to co-develop sales collateral
