📋 Description

• Analyze and model complex datasets to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and insights • Build and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, data models, and KPIs • Design scalable analytical processes for data intake, validation, mining, transformation, visualization, and communication • Apply LLMs and emerging AI capabilities to analyze and process data consistently and at scale • Translate data into clear stories, findings, recommendations, and business impact • Establish and maintain data quality standards and controls • Partner with Product, Sales, Solutions, Finance, and other teams on analytical solutions • Anticipate future reporting and analytics needs and build scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with complex datasets, including data analysis, manipulation, modeling, and extracting actionable business insights • Advanced SQL skills, including querying across multiple tables, complex joins, subqueries, and large datasets • Strong knowledge of data mining and analytical techniques, including predictive analytics, hypothesis development, experimental design, statistical analysis, and translating results into actionable recommendations • Experience designing and building dashboards, reporting solutions, data models, or databases that support decision-making • Experience working with data lake or modern cloud data environments • Practical experience using LLMs or other AI tools to analyze, classify, transform, or process data at scale • Strong track record of using analytics to solve business problems, identify opportunities, and contribute to organizational growth • Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills, with a high bar for data quality and accuracy • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong collaboration skills and experience working across functions to take analytical projects from problem definition through to implementation • Experience with Databricks is an asset • Experience with analytical pipeline design and optimization is an asset
