📋 Description

• Lead delivery of third-party integrations and platform capabilities from prioritization through launch and ongoing operation • Create reusable playbooks, technical patterns, and processes that reduce the time and effort required to launch future integrations • Mentor and coach engineers, promoting technical growth and aligning development with team and company objectives • Drive continuous improvement in engineering craft and processes • Ensure a delightful, reliable experience for Lattice customers around the globe while enabling rapid development • Work with the team, Product, and Design to build new customer-facing products and improve existing ones • Represent the team to the larger organization, ensuring public recognition for successes and taking ownership of failures

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience directly managing software engineers • Experience guiding and coaching direct reports, providing performance feedback, hiring, and fostering a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive team culture • Experience leading integrations, API/developer platforms, ecosystems, or marketplace teams • Proven record shipping and operating third-party integrations, managing partner dependencies and API reliability • Strong people leadership, including coaching for growth and promotion and addressing sustained underperformance • Ability to build clear operating mechanisms for prioritization, delivery, quality, and cross-functional decisions • Effective cross-functional partnership with Product, TPM, GTM, and external technical stakeholders • Ability to connect technical strategy to organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes • Exceptional written and verbal communication for executives, technical teams, and non-technical audiences • Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-autonomy work and driving it to completion • Empathetic, employee-centered leadership committed to helping team members do the best work of their careers • Demonstrates Lattice’s values: Ship Shipmate Self, Clear Eyes, Own The Outcome, and What’s Next? • Preferred: experience with Node.js, React, Flow, GraphQL, Postgres, and AWS • Must be located in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada
