📋 Description

• Run the full pre-sales field cycle: discovery, POC scoping, model evaluations, and final model selection • Ship production code inside customer environments • Deploy and fine-tune open-model LLMs using vLLM, SGLang, and TensorRT-LLM • Act as a partner to the sales counterpart and shape deal strategy • Build relationships with engineers and executives across customer organizations • Own the technical win from the first discovery call through production • Work directly with VP Engineering, Head of AI/ML, and CTO-level partners at enterprise and AI-native customers • Travel to enterprise customers as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing AI/ML role • Hands-on experience with open-model LLM inference and/or fine-tuning • Hyperscaler experience in an AI context with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Strong Python skills • Comfort with GPU infrastructure and Kubernetes • Background at an AI-native company or SaaS company genuinely building AI features • Full-time work history • Openness to travel to enterprise customers as needed • Ability to deploy and fine-tune open-model LLMs using vLLM, SGLang, and TensorRT-LLM • SFT baseline experience; DPO/RFT is a big plus • Customer-facing technical depth across engineering and executive stakeholders • Must be authorized to work in the US or qualify for available US visa transfer/sponsorship options
