📋 Description

• Build and maintain features across business management applications, including backend services, APIs, and user interfaces • Break well-defined work into steps, deliver it, and raise trade-offs • Design and implement database models, queries, and schema changes, maintaining data integrity, performance, and maintainability • Understand existing codebases, investigate issues, and implement reliable solutions • Ship with tests, monitor production releases, and fix issues • Conduct code reviews and learn from feedback • Keep the lead and team informed through status updates and early risk flags • Learn from senior engineers and support more junior engineers • Collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver reliable, high-quality software for ERP and business management applications

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience • Strong computer science fundamentals based on a degree in computer science or distinctive work experience in software development • Experience building backend services and APIs • Some front-end experience • Good understanding of relational databases and SQL • Strong focus on execution and product delivery • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on quality and long-term goals • Strong communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where learning and adaptability are key • Experience with Python and Django, and with Next.js or React (preferred, not required) • Experience with ERP, accounting, or other business management software (preferred, not required) • Some exposure to C++ or another compiled language (preferred, not required)
