📋 Description

• Develop and execute outreach strategies to grow sales within the Arizona territory (residential and commercial). • Prospect and qualify opportunities with pool builders, hotels, resorts, universities, and homeowners. • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, social platforms, and networking. • Schedule appointments and demos for Account Executives to advance opportunities. • Consistently meet and exceed pipeline and revenue generation goals. • Accurately manage pipeline activity and customer data in CRM (HubSpot). • Represent the brand with professionalism and embody Ledge’s values in all client interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous sales or business development experience strongly preferred. • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-activity sales environments. • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred). • Familiarity with the Arizona market and customer base (residential + commercial) a plus.
