📋 Description

• Work directly with program managers to define each program’s financial goals and objectives • Create and maintain program budgets • Analyze progress reported against the program baseline • Identify risks and opportunities against the program baseline • Recommend actions to improve progress and achieve flawless program execution • Prepare and present financial forecasts, reports, and analysis • Collaborate with functional areas on financial elements • Manage a program general ledger and monitor program cash flow • Develop and drive financial forecasts and EACs • Manage subcontractors and analyze program revenue and costs • Help program managers identify programmatic risks and opportunities impacting program financials • Recommend cost reductions and risk mitigation strategies • Manage financial performance including AOP, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and FP&A activities • Perform month-end closings and variance/trend analyses • Conduct cash management to inventory analysis • Submit invoices, manage collections, and reduce unbilled balances • Deliver EACs, QFSRs, monthly and quarterly business reviews (IPR), and AOP • Price on-contract growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline plus 8 years’ related program finance experience • Demonstrated knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts • Analytical, communication, and presentations skills • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles • Experience with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) milestone contracts and cash/balance sheet forecasting • US citizenship required • Able to obtain security clearance as needed • Knowledge of Leidos financial systems such as CostPoint, Cognos, Fusion, and Insight preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred • Manufacturing experience and experience with international business arrangements preferred • Experience with Capex and Inventory accounting preferred
