📋 Description

• Engineer overhead and underground systems using PLS-CADD, ensuring compliance with NESC, ASCE, and ACI standards • Move projects from conceptual routing and engineering analysis to material procurement and construction-ready packages • Apply advanced modeling (PLS-TOWER, LPILE, FAD) to solve site-specific challenges • Mentor junior engineers, manage client interfaces, and steer multi-disciplinary teams toward successful project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and prior relevant experience in the design of electric utility transmission systems • Expert-level or working knowledge of PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE • Working knowledge of NESC, ACI, AISC, and ASCE codes • Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear project scopes and client presentations • Mid-Level 2+ Years, EIT preferred, Team contributor, Design & Analysis • Senior-Level 4+ Years, PE preferred, Supervisory experience, Full review & QC • Lead-Level 8+ Years, PE license required, Strategic oversight & Mentorship, Budgeting, Proposals & Strategy
