🎯 Requirements

• Previous and recent wholesale mortgage Account Executive experience required. • 5+ years of experience in the mortgage and banking industries, including experience in third party originations. • Proven success as an Account Executive or Relationship Manager, including 1+ years of Non-QM lending experience. • Current producing client base with ability to show recent proof of production strongly preferred. • Solid understanding of wholesale loan origination, underwriting processes and procedures, and mortgage industry standards. • Professional demeanor to effectively interact with all company personnel and brokers. • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong broker relationships with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding broker expectations. • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities, along with polished presentation skills to effectively engage clients and team members. • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adaptable to learning new technology. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
