• Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of K-12 district and state-agency accounts • Drive retention, expansion, and measurable data outcomes • Own value delivery, renewals, and expansion • Manage account success plans and forecast and close renewals end-to-end, including pricing, terms, redlines, and signatures • Run upsell and cross-sell motions from discovery to close independently or with Sales • Meet GRR and NRR targets across the assigned book of business • Translate product usage into strategic outcomes for superintendents, CIOs, and CFOs • Communicate customer value through QBRs, EBRs, and executive readouts • Monitor health signals, build remediation plans, and coordinate cross-functional churn-prevention efforts • Map and engage stakeholders across IT, instructional, finance, and executive sponsor groups • Lead complex SaaS implementations, including onboarding, integrations, and configuration, in partnership with Product and Engineering • Provide product feedback that shapes the roadmap • Use customer-success tooling, health-score automation, AI-assisted account research, and dashboards to scale impact
• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success managing enterprise customers and senior stakeholders in a SaaS environment • Proven track record of achieving GRR and NRR targets • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive presentation ability through EBRs and board-level communication • Strong understanding of customer success motions, including value-focused account planning, expansion motions, multi-threading, mutual action plans, QBRs/EBRs, and onboarding in data, analytics, or education technology • Highly organized and data-driven, with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Data Science, Business, etc.) or equivalent professional experience • Technical background or fluency is a strong plus; experience with APIs, data integrations, product configuration, or similar technical concepts is valuable • Comfort with AI-powered tools, such as LLM-based research assistants, automated meeting summaries, and predictive health scoring
