📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and effective account management • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and promptly address issues • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities within assigned accounts • Provide leadership and guidance to junior account management professionals • Support account growth and client engagement • Ensure customers receive exceptional service and value from Intelligize solutions
