📋 Description
• Handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs • Matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders • Representing the Liberty brand and connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs • Working in a remote environment, beginning with paid training
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years sales experience preferred. • 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. • Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license.
