• Own commercial list management and "smart circulations" that auto‑refresh and maintain strict hygiene • Execute audience segmentation for advertiser campaigns • Manage sponsored sends, co‑reg programs, and all list‑based fulfillment with rigorous QC • Define and enforce cross‑portfolio sending rules to prevent fatigue • Maintain suppression integrity across all systems with zero tolerance for errors • Coordinate a unified sending calendar across brands and teams • Oversee templates, deployment, QA, and A/B testing across the newsletter portfolio • Implement dynamic content capabilities and mobile‑first rendering standards • Build and maintain performance benchmarks and share actionable insights • Standardize pre‑send QA: seed tests, rendering checks, spam filtering, link validation • Monitor inbox placement, reputation, bounces, and complaints • Ensure personalization logic is correct before every send • Run end‑to‑end fulfillment for sponsored newsletters, promotions, and content‑driven campaigns • Establish SLAs and repeatable workflows that ensure consistency and high‑quality delivery • Oversee and integrate programmatic digital advertising operations • Produce reporting packages that validate delivery, performance, and contracted fulfillment • Lead quarterly circulation audits and provide transparent documentation to support renewals
• 5+ years in email operations, campaign fulfillment, or circulation management • Experience in B2B media or publishing strongly preferred • Expertise with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) • Deep knowledge of deliverability, segmentation, and large-scale newsletter operations • Proven ability to build operational processes and lead cross-functional teams • Background in life sciences, healthcare, or complex B2B industries is a plus
