📋 Description

• Prepare Salesforce reports and user and leadership dashboards • Ensure data quality • Investigate Credentialing Operations support ticket submissions, manage responses, and streamline processes • Create payor rosters and handle change management • Collaborate in managing credentialing software • Create and update credentialing training resources • Develop workflows and processes • Produce reporting and analytics • Participate in cross-functional initiatives • Facilitate meetings, including team Q&As • Support accurate and timely credentialing and maintenance of information for new and established healthcare providers • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of operational experience working in a medical services or medical technology industry • 2+ years working with Salesforce or Salesforce Health Cloud in an administrator or developer capacity • Bachelor’s degree • Strong customer service experience • Strong communication skills and interest in working collaboratively • Strong computer and software skills, including Power BI, Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, DocuSign, and Excel • Process-oriented, analytical, and forward-thinking • Creative problem-solving ability • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment • Awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds • Ability to sit, stand, bend, talk, and hear; frequently walk; and lift or move objects up to 25 pounds • Ability to meet the physical and visual demands described in the posting
