📋 Description

• Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts • Prepare journal entries, flux/variance analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations during the month-end close process • Assist in implementing and documenting accounting procedures • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other teams outside the Accounting Department • Answer financial and accounting questions by researching and interpreting data • Assist with annual internal and external audits, including preparing schedules, providing backup, and explaining processes to auditors • Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and non-compliance issues • Participate in ad-hoc and other projects as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 2+ years accounting experience • Working knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Strong computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel • Ability to identify process improvements and challenge the status quo • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to think critically, take ownership, and complete processes/projects • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Adaptability and responsiveness to change • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States • Ability to sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, and walk • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds • Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
