📋 Description

• Own recurring revenue reporting workflows, including daily/weekly file maintenance, revenue trackers, attainment dashboards, and variance analysis • Prepare and update executive materials for KPI reviews, Board of Directors presentations, and SLT meetings • Conduct revenue variance analysis and provide commentary explaining performance trends • Support quarterly sales target-setting by assembling bottoms-up data, reconciling tops-down forecasts, and surfacing risks and opportunities • Own the commercial commission review process and provide analysis informing compensation and incentive decisions • Execute ad-hoc analysis for Revenue, GTM, and Commercial leadership • Maintain and improve core financial reporting infrastructure • Partner with Revenue, Sales Operations, and GTM teams to translate business drivers into financial context • Check outputs for anomalies, data integrity, accuracy, and errors • Prioritize analyses and sequence deliverables for commercial leadership impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years experience • Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets skills • Strong data analysis capabilities across multiple data sources and reconciliation of discrepancies • Excellent communication skills for executive audiences and concise commentary • Experience supporting executive-level reporting, including KPI reviews, Board materials, and SLT presentations • Ability to ramp quickly on existing processes and deliver reliably with minimal hand-holding • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Experience in commercial finance or sales finance, preferably in a high-growth or ad tech environment
