📋 Description

• Design and improve annual and quarterly planning processes • Build and evolve executive operating mechanisms, including portfolio reviews, business reviews, and leadership cadences • Simplify and optimize collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Design teams • Translate strategy into investment plans, measurable outcomes, and portfolio visibility • Develop executive dashboards and business analyses that connect investments to customer value, execution progress, and overall performance • Partner with Finance on financial planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and investment transparency • Establish operational relationships with Finance, Sales/GTM, Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Communications, and other cross-functional partners • Create company-wide alignment mechanisms and feedback loops • Clearly communicate Product & Technology investments, their importance, and the outcomes delivered • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing business operations team • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing or significantly evolving operating models, planning processes, or business mechanisms • Experience leading organizations through operational change • Experience establishing executive operating rhythms that enable decision-making • Experience bridging strategy, portfolio planning, financial planning, and workforce planning • Strong executive communication and business acumen • Ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted cross-functional partnerships • Proficiency in English as a working language required • Disclosure of any criminal convictions and completion of a background check • Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is offered, as indicated on the application form
