📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end • Implement TypeScript/Node.js backend services compliant with data residency and regulatory standards • Build React user interfaces for patient-facing and clinician-facing products • Model and handle application data using MongoDB and PostgreSQL with regulatory compliance best practices • Integrate features with ML/AI services and safety guardrails • Contribute to product decisions and challenge requirements that do not serve users • Measure the impact of shipped features • Treat security, data residency, and compliance as first-class concerns for patient and clinical data • Collaborate in a cross-functional team to integrate features smoothly and swiftly into the product • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards • Triage incoming alerts for collaborative error monitoring • Participate in periodic SideQuest hackathon days

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience • Availability during North American business hours, preferably Eastern time, with daily overlap with colleagues in Europe (UTC to UTC+3) • Must be legally able to work in Canada; Limbic cannot provide visa sponsorship • Track record of shipping features with measurable user impact • Strong TypeScript and Node.js ability • Solid React experience building production web applications • Comfortable with PostgreSQL, document databases, and KV stores • Experience using AWS services in production and CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions • Proficiency with Git • GraphQL and tRPC familiarity preferred • Experience with queue-based systems, including BullMQ and Redis, is a bonus • Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments is a bonus • Experience with React Native is a bonus
