📋 Description

• Lead architecture, design, implementation, and integration of Lime’s Oracle Fusion Cloud Order-to-Cash and Revenue platform • Act as principal technical architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud and lead end-to-end implementation and engineering projects • Design, configure, and optimize processes across Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, Accounts Receivable, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger • Define and govern transaction architecture for usage-based billing, including events, metering inputs, mediation, aggregation, rating, breakage, billing synchronization, and revenue-recognition triggers • Translate accounting policy and commercial constructs into ASC 606 / IFRS 15 system designs • Own subledger-to-GL architecture, journal design, summarization, reconciliations, close support, and downstream reporting alignment with NetSuite GL • Architect integrations between Oracle Fusion and middleware, commerce/order systems, tax engines, payment/settlement feeds, CRM/CLM, usage platforms, and data warehouses • Serve as design authority through fit-gap, global design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare • Partner with product, data, sourcing, and corporate business teams on scalable technical solutions • Establish and enforce development and coding standards for Oracle extensions and reports • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers • Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases, patch impacts, and platform innovations • Participate in shared on-call rotation and troubleshoot production issues, outages, and critical alerts • Escalate incidents, restore service, document issues, and reduce recurring incidents

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of total ERP engineering experience • 7+ years of dedicated technical expertise architecting and developing solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud • Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, Accounts Receivable, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger • Experience architecting end-to-end OTC and revenue solutions across subscription, usage-based, and B2B customer billing models • Deep technical and functional knowledge of enterprise order capture, contract amendments, subscription activation, billing schedules, usage rating, approval routing, and complex orchestration flows • Proven experience designing transaction objects, event models, accounting rules, supporting references, and accounting transformations in FAH • Experience enabling ASC 606 / IFRS 15 compliant revenue recognition • Strong hands-on experience with invoicing, receipts, credit memos, adjustments, delinquency tracking, dunning, subledger-to-GL reconciliation, ledger architecture, journal processing, intercompany close dependencies, and financial reporting • Experience designing scalable accounting and revenue solutions for high-volume transactional environments • Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion with OIC, Boomi, APIs, file-based interfaces, payment/settlement systems, tax engines, CRM/CLM platforms, and external GL/reporting ecosystems • 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations or major transformations covering OTC, subscriptions, revenue accounting, or finance architecture • Expert-level SQL/PL-SQL skills and deep database management experience • Proficiency creating complex OTBI reports, BI Publisher templates, and BICC data extractions • Mastery of enterprise integration tools, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Boomi, or custom API gateways • Experience performing technical design and code reviews using version control systems (.git) adapted for Oracle configurations • Strong background in compliance-driven environments involving SOX, GDPR, or CCPA requirements • Ability to participate in shared on-call rotation, including occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage • Candidates must reside in and work remotely from Canada • English language proficiency required • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are strongly preferred in relevant modules
