📋 Description

• Own end-to-end collateral and margin operations for assigned OTC derivative portfolios, including margin calls, eligibility, haircuts, substitutions, settlements, and dispute resolution • Administer complex credit support arrangements and evaluate collateral sufficiency, agreement requirements, operational risks, and exceptions • Lead initial margin forecasting and variation margin sensitivity analyses • Manage funding and liquidity activities associated with hedging service arrangements • Serve as primary operational contact and escalation resource for structured reinsurance counterparties • Oversee trade lifecycle activities, accounting inputs, reconciliations, and downstream reporting under GAAP and statutory requirements • Resolve operational, accounting, valuation, and reporting breaks through root-cause analysis and corrective action • Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements to strengthen controls, increase automation, reduce manual work, and improve scalability • Design, maintain, and enhance SOX controls, operating procedures, and governance practices; support audits and remediate control gaps • Provide technical guidance to colleagues and advise Trading, Treasury, Accounting, Reporting, Risk, Legal, and Technology partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in derivative accounting, finance, or other relevant activities • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Ability to be innovative and drive and accept change • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Analytical skills and close attention to detail • Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment
