• Lead the establishment of a brand-new local project, creating and developing the industrial aluminium profile market from the ground up. • Work directly under the Business Development Manager in Bulgaria, ensuring strategic alignment and guidance. • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities. • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. • Manage the full project lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to ensuring repeat deliveries. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide optimal solutions and seamless service. • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Proven experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in aluminium or related manufacturing sectors. • Savvy and self-driven hunter, excited to identify and secure new markets and customers. • Thrilled by pioneering projects and building business from the ground up. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing deals. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking. • Fluent in English - both written and spoken.
