📋 Description

• Own client onboarding and make it seamless from day one • Build strong, proactive relationships with operations teams at major venues • Monitor account health and act before problems arise • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and drive them to closure • Collect client feedback and share insights with the product team • Create playbooks and documentation that scale success

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar roles at B2B SaaS companies • Skilled at using AI tools to stay organized, automate follow‑ups, and gain insights from data • Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before clients ask • Strong communicator, comfortable with both stadium ops managers and C‑suite executives • Excellent English, written and spoken • Experience in hospitality, events, or venue management • Familiarity with CS platforms like Intercom or similar tools • Track record of driving expansion revenue
