📋 Description

• Own Salesforce as the engineering system of record for revenue • Own HubSpot as the marketing system for campaigns and lead gen • Build and maintain integrations across the GTM stack • Own the data flow from GTM systems to the central Data Platform • Build, deploy, and extend agentic workflows • Build and maintain observability for critical GTM systems • Implement proper change management across both CRMs • Partner with SalesOps and Marketing to ensure both GTM orgs can work effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise • Solid HubSpot experience in a marketing context • Proven integration engineering experience • Code-first mindset • Agentic workflow experience, in code • Strong change management practices • Comfortable partnering with Sales and Marketing stakeholders directly
