📋 Description

• Manage coordination, control, and operating efficiencies for the Data Services team while adhering to Workforce Management metrics • Build a sustainable client relationship framework using “white glove” service tactics • Develop oversight and review infrastructure for accurately recording client data and the surety bond program • Manage business deliverables and project timing for Service Set-Up support with Sales, Governance, Business Reviews, and Lessons Learned • Lead projects to achieve strategic business goals within specified timeframes • Collaborate with the Regulatory Team and drive proficiencies across the data service structure • Develop, standardize, and report volumes, timing, and root causes of issues falling outside Service Level Agreement thresholds through monthly KPIs and metrics • Drive cost savings, compliance adherence, and scalability to improve account setup timing • Design and set up team structure, including team development and succession planning • Ensure team productivity, engagement, and career development

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years of related experience • Extensive experience of talent and performance management • Strong collaboration skillset and ability to work well with others while getting things done • Proven analytical and strategic abilities, including problem solving, Six Sigma, and LEAN • Ability to communicate ideas and strategy clearly to various audiences • Experience managing service delivery and directing overall team activities • Excellent knowledge of continuous improvement and quality management • Understanding of system/data flow • Understanding of various systems supported by Livingston International and systems used in other industries • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
