📋 Description

• The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, modeling, and implementing technology solutions that meet business needs, with a special focus on correspondent banking operations, system integration, and maintenance of internal platforms. • Perform requirements analysis, technical design, and functional and technical system specifications. • Develop, integrate, and maintain solutions related to correspondent banking, ensuring compliance with financial sector regulations and standards. • Design, test, implement and validate REST APIs and other integration services. • Execute complex queries, data modeling, query optimization, and maintenance on both relational and non-relational databases. • Support integration architectures and promote best practices in security, version control, and documentation. • Conduct diagnostics and propose solutions for high-complexity technical issues. • Collaborate with business areas, vendors, and internal teams to ensure continuous system evolution. • Prepare technical documentation and mentor junior and mid-level analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of correspondent banking processes and routines (proposal submission, analysis, business rules, integrations with banks, etc.). • Proficiency in databases: • Advanced SQL; • Data modeling (conceptual, logical and physical); • Query optimization and performance tuning; • Experience with DBMSs such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc. • Strong knowledge of APIs: • REST architecture; • Consuming and creating APIs; • Authentication (OAuth, JWT); • Integration with external services; • Use of tools such as Swagger/Postman; • Experience in systems analysis, requirements gathering and technical documentation. • Preferred: • Experience with financial or credit systems; • Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar); • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and version control tools (Git); • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
