• Create, configure, and optimize email marketing workflows in HubSpot. • Develop nurture journeys for inbound leads, ABM, and re-engagement. • Create newsletters, campaigns, and advanced segmentations. • Measure email performance (open, click, conversion) and continuously optimize. • Ensure copy, CTAs, and messaging are aligned with brand positioning. • Maintain and evolve the Marketing team’s HubSpot operations. • Create and adjust lead scoring (profile + behavior). • Configure automations for MQL → SQL → Opportunity handoff. • Implement and monitor SLAs between Marketing and Sales. • Create automated follow-up cadences for the sales team. • Build simple dashboards for Marketing and Sales within HubSpot. • Review and ensure database hygiene (duplicates, cleaning, properties, lists). • Participate in weekly RevOps rituals. • Assist in creating lead routing and flow improvements. • Ensure all leads are being handled within SLAs. • Support the sales team with automations and materials inside the CRM.
• Previous experience with HubSpot. • Experience with email marketing, automation, and segmentation. • Knowledge of email copywriting. • Familiarity with the marketing and sales funnel (MQL, SQL, opportunities). • Analytical mindset and process orientation. • Organized and detail-oriented.
