Lumos is an autonomous identity platform that uses agentic AI to govern access for humans, non-human identities (NHIs), and AI agents across enterprise environments. The platform (branded around an AI core called Albus) automates identity governance tasks—access reviews, just-in-time access, joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle management, role mining, and NHI discovery/remediation—through always-on AI agents and a marketplace of prebuilt agents. Lumos integrates with hundreds of systems, positions itself as a SaaS solution for enterprise identity/security teams, and emphasizes continuous detection, remediation, audit evidence generation, and reducing manual IT work and standing privileges.

📋 Description

• Own the HRBP relationship for assigned business groups, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, org design, and team health • Proactively coach managers • Own and evolve performance cycles, Pulse surveys, talent assessments, and related programs • Surface trends and insights to leadership with recommendations tied to business outcomes • Independently manage employee relations cases, sensitive situations, and conflict resolution • Document employee relations matters thoroughly and maintain confidentiality • Facilitate manager enablement workshops, internal learning sessions, and program rollouts • Own internal communications for people topics • Identify and implement automation across People workflows, documentation, reporting, and reactive work • Own and optimize the people technology stack • Ensure HR data accuracy and deliver regular people insights through reporting • Own onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes • Maintain accurate, compliant records • Continuously reduce manual overhead and improve cross-functional coordination • Liaise internally on PEO-administered benefits and compliance • Serve as the primary contact for employee questions and vendor escalations • Flag material regulatory changes requiring internal action

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of HR experience • At least 3–5 years in a true HRBP or business partner capacity • People operations foundation and willingness to remain hands-on • Experience independently owning performance management, employee relations, and manager coaching • Detail orientation and near-perfect execution where it counts • Genuine AI fluency and active use of AI tools • Business acumen, including understanding headcount tradeoffs and org design implications • Experience facilitating manager enablement workshops and internal communications rollouts • Strong systems-thinking skills • Experience meaningfully improving or implementing HR tools • Experience at a startup or high-growth company • Familiarity with Culture Amp, HiBob, Deel (EOR), or Sequoia One (PEO) is a plus • Must complete required application questions regarding work authorization and visa sponsorship in Canada or the United States
