• Provide administrative support to the People Experience team, including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and personnel records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements • Assist with data entry, reporting, and audits • Support compliance activities, including document tracking and certifications • Respond to basic people and culture policy inquiries and escalate complex questions as appropriate • Coordinate logistics for People Experience initiatives, training sessions, and monthly reporting follow-up with respective markets • Support employee relations matters, including performance concerns, conduct issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation • Partner with benefits regarding leave maintenance and return-to-work coordination • Assist with intake, documentation, and coordination of employee relations cases • Support workplace investigations by gathering information, preparing documentation, coordinating interviews, and maintaining files • Support employee engagement and compliance initiatives, occasional site visits, audits, and training coordination • Administer and maintain the North America Tenure Program across Canada and the United States
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to employee relations, investigations, or people compliance • Fluency in both English and French, with effective verbal and written communication • Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and discreetly • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a high degree of confidentiality • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • CHRP/working toward designation is an asset
