📋 Description

• Lead professional services engagements including implementations, training, conversions, data setup, and other billable services • Develop needs assessments and detailed project plans for client onboarding and implementations • Provide product training, pre-sales and post-sales application activities, and escalated application support • Gather requirements and provide regular internal and external project status updates, accomplishments, and risks • Advise client leads on software configuration and consult agencies on Lone Wolf software best practices • Coordinate with Business Solutions Consultants to transition implementations to feature adoption and utilization • Guide clients on data extracts for use with third-party APIs • Track projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget • Maintain knowledge of product development, product vision, Lone Wolf direction, and real estate industry trends • Participate in internal UAT activities as required

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting • Exceptional project planning skills and ability to multitask • Proven experience providing in-house and remote training • Ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and resolve issues • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Outstanding client relationship skills • Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test, and improve products • Prior experience with agency systems or related software/applications preferred
