📋 Description

• Lead and manage a small team of full-stack engineers, coordinating day-to-day work, setting technical direction, and supporting growth through mentorship and feedback • Maintain and enhance a secure, scalable e-signature platform built on .NET • Implement Angular-based features, enhancements, and front-end defect fixes with UI designers and product owners • Own platform reliability and health, including monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and uptime improvements • Uphold security, integrity, and auditability, including document integrity, audit trails, authentication, and applicable standards • Operate and enhance the platform on Microsoft Azure • Partner with Product and IT to plan, coordinate, and schedule deployments and releases • Coordinate incident response and on-call support for customer-impacting issues • Use AI-enabled development tools to improve discovery, implementation, testing, documentation, and delivery • Identify technical requirements, prioritize maintenance and enhancements, and participate in design and code reviews • Perform testing, refactoring, usability improvements, automation, documentation, maintenance, and ongoing support

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience developing and delivering large-scale distributed systems • 6+ years of experience with .NET Framework, .NET Standard, or .NET Core • 3+ years of experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience building reusable Angular components, managing front-end state, and integrating RESTful APIs • Experience leading or managing a small engineering team, including mentoring and delegating • Experience coordinating deployments and releases with IT and operations teams • Experience maintaining and enhancing an established production SaaS platform • Strong application-security understanding; familiarity with e-signature, document integrity, audit trails, or compliance concepts is ideally preferred • Understanding of DRY, SOLID, and KISS principles • Experience with relational and non-relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server • Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including deploying, operating, and monitoring cloud workloads • Skills auditing application logs, telemetry, dependency calls, and storage growth patterns • Background in high-growth Agile SaaS engineering organizations • Experience using AI-assisted development tools and prompt/context engineering • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to explain and justify technical decisions and apply common design patterns
