• Assist in the onboarding process for new boutique partners, ensuring all necessary documentation and agreements are completed accurately and efficiently. • Communicate with boutique owners to provide guidance and support during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop training materials and resources for new boutiques. • Coordinate video shoot schedules with boutique owners, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations. • Shoot the video content, Has knowledge of lighting, and audio recording devices, to capture high-quality footage of the boutiques. • Direct and guide boutique owners and staff during the video shoot, providing instructions on positioning, actions, and dialogue as needed. • Ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines and aligns with the company's marketing objectives. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and content creation, to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities. • Provide regular updates on the progress of onboarding activities and video shoot schedules.
