📋 Description

• Manage several language-related projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery, quality expectations, and scope compliance • Communicate project scope and client expectations to project teams and keep clients informed of project progress and status • Support planning, execution, and monitoring of language-related projects using project management tools • Maintain and create project schedules and timelines aligned with SLAs and client requirements • Monitor project progress, challenges, and successes throughout projects • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and communications, using document management software such as SharePoint • Prepare quotes and invoices using project management and accounting software • Ensure adherence to company project-management standards and procedures • Identify errors and improvement areas and report them to relevant stakeholders • Support meetings, document them when required, and distribute minutes and actions to the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, management, or language studies • 2 or more years of experience managing localisation projects • Essential fluency in English • An additional language would be advantageous • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet client needs and business objectives • Independent contractor position • CV must be submitted in English
