📋 Description

• Provide geospatial and survey expertise on sales calls • Run and tailor technical product demonstrations for prospects • Own the technical evaluation process for customer projects • Own customer onboarding and training through remote and onsite sessions • Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers • Represent Mach9 at trade shows and industry groups • Partner with Marketing on surveying industry content • Support Engineering, Product, and Design as internal geospatial expert • Build and maintain onboarding frameworks and training content

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of surveying or geospatial experience • Strong preference for candidates with LiDAR data collection and feature extraction expertise • Proficiency with commonly used CAD and GIS platforms (e.g. Bentley Microstation, Autodesk Civil 3D) • Familiarity with major surveying hardware, software, and key industry trends • Strong understanding of survey data formats and workflows • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Consultative mindset with a track record of solving complex customer problems • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
