• Identify, prospect, and register new travel agencies within your territory; • Analyze the commercial potential of each agency and propose tailored growth plans; • Expand the active client base with a focus on strategic agencies; • Act as a strategic partner to agencies, serving as the primary commercial contact in your region; • Conduct in-person visits, virtual meetings, and regular training sessions; • Promote incentive campaigns and loyalty programs to drive sales; • Ensure continuous improvement of monthly sales figures; • Monitor portfolio performance KPIs and identify opportunities for growth; • Work consultatively to maximize results for both partners and the company.
