📋 Description

• Manage daily package work orders and resolve out-of-stock situations with Customer Service, the Senior Inventory Manager, and Sales Representatives • Work with sales representatives on backorders and cancelled orders, recommending and executing fixes such as releasing, cancelling, or substituting pack-on-demand orders • Manage access code requests through the JIRA queue and balance workload between approvers and code generators • Troubleshoot digital product issues across Salesforce, CMS, Klopotek, and Hybris • Document new digital-product workflows • Run pricing and eBook availability audits twice a year and after annual price increases • Distribute agency eBooks and metadata to partners around the world • Fulfill courseware requests across Akademos, CEI, Follett, and VitalSource • Coordinate physical package orders, inventory issues, digital access codes, courseware setup, and system troubleshooting for the Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• An associate's or bachelor's degree in business, operations, information systems, or equivalent hands-on experience • 1–3 years of experience in operations, digital asset management, customer support operations, publishing, or logistics • Comfort working across multiple digital systems and platforms, including ticketing tools like JIRA, CRM tools like Salesforce, or similar databases and spreadsheets • Sharp attention to detail when handling metadata, system codes, inventory records, and catalog audits • Problem-solving mindset for troubleshooting digital access issues, backorders, and fulfillment roadblocks • Comfort balancing shifting priorities across physical and digital work • Clear, professional communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendor partners • Experience managing data spreadsheets and performing detailed catalog or metadata audits • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills • Standard background check applies • Must be able to travel 50% • Must be able to work overtime, as needed
