📋 Description

• Gewinnung neuer Kunden sowie Stärkung der Beziehungen zu ausgewählten Key Accounts • Bindeglied zwischen Marktbedürfnissen und Beratungsleistungen von MAIN5 zur Ermöglichung langfristiger Partnerschaften mit Pharma- und Life-Sciences-Unternehmen • Förderung des Unternehmenswachstums durch Identifizierung, Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer Pharma- und Life-Sciences-Kunden • Betreuung von Key Accounts und Übernahme der Hauptansprechpartnerrolle für ausgewählte Bestandskunden • Übersetzung der Beratungskompetenzen in konkrete Geschäftsmöglichkeiten (Regulatory, Quality, Operational Excellence, Data Management, KI) • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses: Lead-Qualifizierung, Angebotserstellung, Verhandlungen, Vertragsabschluss, Übergabe an Delivery-Teams • Repräsentation von MAIN5 auf externen Branchenveranstaltungen, Konferenzen und Networking-Events • Beitrag zur Vertriebsplanung und Marktpositionierung; Unterstützung von Partnerschaften und Co-Selling-Aktivitäten mit Implementierungspartnern und Technologieanbietern • Drive business growth by identifying, approaching, and converting new pharma and life sciences clients • Manage key client relationships and act as the main contact for selected existing customers • Own the sales process end-to-end and hand over to delivery teams • Represent MAIN5 at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Business Development oder Vertrieb in der Beratung, idealerweise im Pharma- oder Life-Sciences-Umfeld • Starkes Branchennetzwerk und Fähigkeit, sich auf allen Ebenen von Kundenorganisationen zu bewegen (operativ bis Top-Management) • Nachweislich erfolgreiche Vertragsabschlüsse mit Pharma-Kunden in Bereichen wie Regulatory, Forschung & Entwicklung, Qualität oder IT • Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit Flexibilität, auch operativ zu agieren • Routiniert im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und in der strukturierten Steuerung von Sales-Pipelines • Sichere Kommunikation auf Englisch und Deutsch mindestens auf Verhandlungsniveau • Proven track record (10+ years) in business development or sales roles in consulting, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector • Hands-on experience in closing deals with pharma clients in Regulatory, R&D, Quality or IT • CRM proficiency and experience managing a sales pipeline effectively
