📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for AI-powered product surfaces across web and mobile, from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery • Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users such as maintenance technicians and facility managers • Translate ambiguous, fast-moving AI problem spaces into clear, testable design solutions with product and engineering • Identify patterns, build reusable systems, and contribute to the design system • Present design work with clear rationale and integrate stakeholder feedback • Champion high quality across the product lifecycle • Use AI tools in the design process to accelerate work and improve output quality • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and designers to shape MaintainX’s AI-first product experience

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms • Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features such as natural language interfaces, agents, and predictive insights for real users solving real problems • Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, including typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion • Systems-thinking ability, including spotting patterns, building for reuse, and scaling design decisions across a product • Excellent communication and storytelling skills • Expert-level English, spoken and written, required • Ability to work across multiple teams and present work to executive stakeholders • Ability to work in the listed location • Legal authorization to work in the United States is requested on the application form
